Roti (also known as chapati) is a round flatbread native to the Indian subcontinent made from stoneground whole wheat flour, traditionally known as gehu ka atta, and water that is combined into a dough. Roti is consumed in many countries worldwide. Its defining characteristic is that it is unleavened. Naan from the Indian subcontinent, by contrast, is a yeast-leavened bread, as is kulcha. Like breads around the world, roti is a staple accompaniment to other foods. Most roti are now manufactured by hot press. 2. Roti Hot press machine
■ Easy to control the temperature, pressing time and diameter of tortilla, roti, chapati through control panel.
■ Size of pressing plate: 40*40cm
■ Hot press system: Presses 1 pieces of all size products at a time as the press size is 40*40cm. The average production capacity is 900 pcs/hr. Hence, This production line is suitable for small scale industries.

3. Three level/ Layer Tunnel Oven
■ Independent control of burners and top/bottom baking temperature. After turning on, the burners are automatically controlled by temperature sensors to ensure constant temperature.
■ Flame failure alarm: Flame failure can be detected.
■ Size: 3.3 meter long oven and 3 level
■ It have independent temperature controls. 18 Igniter and ignition bar.
■ Independent burner flame adjustment and volume of gas.
■ It is also known as automatic or smart oven due to ability to maintenance temperature at the parameter of degree set.
